Paul Dunstan was first caught red-handed at the age of eleven cartooning in the back of the class during science lessons. As a result he wasn’t even allowed to take his chemistry and physics exams and had no option but to go on to become a television presenter and producer of science and documentary programmes for Yorkshire Television and the Discovery Channel.

His firm grasp of matters scientific led him to produce programmes with such celebrities as Magnus Pike, Miriam Stoppard, David Bellamy, Rob Buckman, and James Burke. And it was he who was called upon to interview and present the programmes which brought world-fame to the solitary Yorkshire Daleswoman, Hannah Hauxwell.

Now at rest from his television career, Paul has gone full circle as he attempts to fine-tune the artistic skills which prevented him from ever understanding what e=mc2 really meant. Until he got involved in Lawrence Conyers’s brilliant book, that is…..
